Office Renovation

Secara tak langsung Yanz pun terlibat dalam Office renovation for Carigali Office, kertih... Ntah untuk sekian kalinya pun tak ingat dah... kalau tak silap, major renovation is in 2004, whereby we have to move out from Petronas Regional Office to Exxon Building... at that time Exxon already move their operations to KL (menara Exxon), so the building is empty...

guess how much the RM for this renovation?.. hehheheh

then, quite of numbers of mini renovation, pecah2 dinding, restructure of the organisation in 2006, adding new department, merging department, toilet renovation, garrage for Management, staffs, parking lots, volley ball court, library renovation, data center renovation, dan lain lain..

so this time 2009, our department will move to level2, those who (2 sections) currently at level 1, will be move to level 2, Block D,.. and the level 1 will be filled by new department, Production terminal department,... so yanz memang dah jadik focal person since 2006 for our department... kena laa set banyak benda..;
- design baru, enterior,
- workstation arrangement, meeting room, discussion room, pantry,
- requirement2 yang di request of staff,
- ICT part i.e. network, cabling, power, phone, PA system, fire drill, aircond, printer, fax, photostate, etc...
- nak kena redraw & discuss dengan all staff.. on the design layout.. kang tak setuju payah plak nak buat kerja2 tuh...

so far 1st draft dah di buat oleh consultant, 2nd draft (after commented) dah di terima.. ari ni Yanz baru dapat and nak kena submit by next week...

pening pala... macam macam kerenah orang ni... banyak hal betul.

well manage so far.... hehehe
